We're Pietrina and Dick Schmitt; we live in Paris, France, and use this web page to keep in touch with family and friends. Dick started the page in 1996 so he could learn HTML (yes, he's a closet geek). When people started reading it, we began to feel some obligation to keep it up. Now it's a monster that keeps growing and growing.
