York Minster: Chapter House (continued)

Here's some more of the details found in the Chapter House.  The 1845 Minton tile floor has its design supposedly based on the tracery of the windows:

This 13th century statue, just before the Chapter House entrance, most likely had its heads replaced after Reformation reformers smashed the originals.  A lion and a dragon fight at the Virgin's feet ( not all that obvious from this picture) in reference to Psalm 91 where good folks get to walk all over lions and dragons.

...And a dragon light fixture above a stone head:

And this carving above the doorway area appears to be a reference to choir stalls used by the Canons during a chapter meeting:
